Jared was Inducted into Long Island Business News 40 Under 40, featured in INC 5000 Fastest Growing Companies 2015 & 2017, he is Co-Chairman of SBFA Broker Division, a member of Forbes Finance Council, and a Member of YEC.

During his successful financial services career, he saw that there were a lot of gaps in available funding options for SMB’s and a need for unique, non-traditional funding solutions. He decided to leverage his financial and entrepreneurial acumen to create an organization that could fill one of the major industry gaps. In 2011, he developed a business plan, funded, and launched UCS, which has grown to significant levels of success in the last decade.

United Capital Source Inc. has done over $1 billion in transaction volume. Matching over 1 Billion dollars to businesses across the United States since its inception in 2011.

Robert Moskovits

Entrepreneur & Founder

Startup operator and strategic builder with over two decades of experience turning early-stage ideas into scalable, high-impact companies.

His first startup, MovieFlix, was born in his garage—literally. It was one of the first online streaming platforms for full-length movies, launched in the late ’90s before the category even had a name. From there, he helped launch Recycled Bride, a wedding resale marketplace that evolved into Tradesy, a leading peer-to-peer platform for luxury fashion. As a founding team member and VP of Operations and Trust & Safety, he helped scale the business from two people to nearly 200 employees, raising $150M+ in venture capital and navigating all the complexities that come with fast growth.

Most recently, he served as Fractional COO for a high-growth e-commerce bakery brand, helping streamline operations, improve fulfillment systems, and support the founder through a period of rapid expansion.

Throughout his journey, he thrived at building teams, designing operational clarity, and creating trust systems that make businesses sustainable—not just successful. He believes in solving problems with empathy, structure, and precision.
